**Job Summary**
As a Customer Escalations Phone Agent, you'll play a critical role in resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with customers to understand their issues, provide solutions, and ensure their satisfaction. This is a remote position, and you'll have the flexibility to work from home with a quiet, private workspace.
**Key Responsibilities**

**Essential Qualifications**
* Minimum 6+ months customer service experience, with a proven track record of resolving customer complaints and concerns.
* Dual monitors are required for this role, and you must have a quiet, private workspace at home.
* Friendly and caring tone, with excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with customers in a positive and approachable manner.
* Knowledgeable about various customer needs, with a strong understanding of careerzynith products and services.
* Ability to display empathy and understanding when assisting with customer concerns, maintaining composure in challenging situations.
* Efficiency in navigation, with the ability to quickly and accurately navigate multiple software applications and systems.
**Preferred Qualifications**

**Training and Education**
* careerzynith provides comprehensive training and education to support your success in this role, including instructor-led concept courses and self-lead courses.
* You'll have access to online U-Haul University courses, interactive mentorship, and call/chat support from advanced agents.
* The initial education period is 2 weeks, with classes held Monday-Friday from 8am-2pm or 2pm-8pm.
**Technical Requirements**
* Computer specifications: Windows 11 or MacOS 13 Ventura or newer, 16GB (minimum) of RAM/memory or higher (recommended: 32GB), Windows processor with a CPU benchmark score of 6,000 (minimum) or higher (recommended: 10,000), Mac processor with Intel Core i5 or higher, M chips acceptable.
