**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Engagement Marketing Specialist to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As a key member of our Customer Engagement team, you'll play a vital role in promoting information consistency and advertising/publicizing innovation services for arenaflex. This exciting opportunity will allow you to work from the comfort of your own home, while contributing to the success of our organization.
**A Day in the Life**
As a Customer Engagement Marketing Specialist, you'll be responsible for overseeing the complex functions of our legal, security, and information consistency department. You'll work closely with our business stakeholders to understand their needs, evaluate our capabilities, and develop strategies to ensure our information and platforms promote innovation, data analysis, and operational value in a large organization. Your primary objectives will include:
* Supporting the execution of arenaflex's Parks, Experiences, and Products legal and security review lines
* Collaborating with our CE Marketing Consistency Legal, Protection Lawful, Information Administration team to develop and implement work processes
* Reviewing and managing new and renewal contract surveys, including MSA, NDA, business, marketing, legal, protection, pricing, pixels, data use, and security terms for arenaflex objections, shopDisney, and Disney Distributing
* Conducting external data sharing inspections and oversight, including crowd dividing among arenaflex specialty units, organizations, and outside merchants
* Working with key colleagues to review and manage the Client Commitment unified legal and security line, as well as reporting new checking processes
* Overseeing project-specific direction and recommended strategies to ensure consistency status with existing, recently authorized, and emerging security guidelines and regulations, such as GDPR, CCPA, COPPA, ITP, and future developments
**What We're Looking For**
**Essential Capabilities:**
* Ability to assist partners and projects on an as-needed basis using customer-service skills
* Excellent communication skills, including process streams and documentation
* Ability to arrange and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines with minimal oversight
* Detailed, organized skills and ability to comply with tight time constraints
**Required Training:**
To be eligible for this part-time remote opportunity, you should be a senior late graduate (within six months of your graduation date) pursuing a Four-year certification in Marketing, Communication Studies, Political Theory, Pre-Law, or a related field.
**Additional Requirements:**
* Should be enrolled in a certified school/college taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) preceding support in the part-time remote job program OR have graduated from a school/college in at least six months OR currently participating in a Disney School Program or Disney Professional Entry-level position
* Should not have completed one year of continuous work on a Disney part-time remote job or program
* Should have unrestricted work authorization
* Should have the ability to maintain a predictable, reliable schedule throughout the program
* Should have reliable transportation to/from work
