As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing after-hours first call support for radiology device and hardware technical troubleshooting inquiries. You'll utilize a knowledge-based system to provide operator-type solutions to customers, facilitate the resolution of customer/field issues, and support part orders, inquiries, and data entry processes. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide after-hours first call support for radiology device and hardware technical troubleshooting inquiries, utilizing a knowledge-based system to provide operator-type solutions to customers * Facilitate the resolution of customer/field issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution * Utilize SAP and CRM systems to professionally handle and document customer/field calls received via phone, CRM, email, and web * Support part orders, inquiries, and data entry processes, ensuring accurate and timely completion * Assist with training and onboarding, including training documentation and delivery * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues **Essential Qualifications** * Associate's degree (AA, AS, or equivalent) in a related field, such as business, communications, or technical support * At least three years of experience in a technical call center, customer relations/facing, or remote service support role * Proficiency in Microsoft Office product suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook * Experience with SAP and CRM systems, with a strong understanding of their functionality and applications * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal teams * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry, with a strong understanding of radiology device and hardware technical support * Certification in customer service or technical support, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Technical Support Specialist (CTSS) * Experience with training and onboarding, including training documentation and delivery * Strong knowledge of CRM and SAP systems, with experience in implementing and utilizing these systems in a support role **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal teams * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence * Strong knowledge of CRM and SAP systems, with experience in implementing and utilizing these systems in a support role * Proficiency in Microsoft Office product suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
