We're seeking an experienced Customer Data Entry Administrator to join our team and provide support for our Campus Program. As a key member of our Education team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of customer information within our database systems, identifying actionable insights, and providing exceptional customer service to our internal teams and Education customers.
**Responsibilities:**
* Review and verify eligibility for inbound applications, ensuring that our customers receive the support they need to succeed.
* Process and manage Campus Program account renewals, including generating and reviewing monthly Salesforce reports to ensure seamless operations.
* Provide support and respond to inquiries from internal teams and Education customers, communicating directly with teachers, students, and school administrators via support tickets and email.
* Ensure the accuracy and integrity of customer information within database systems, identifying actionable insights to inform business decisions.
* Respond to support requests via ticketing queue, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple requests simultaneously.
* Handle vendor and supplier documentation requests from users, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and implement process improvements.
**Requirements:**
* 3-10 years of experience in Database support, data entry, and customer service, with a focus on verifying customer information and data entry.
* Proven experience in processing applications, orders, or similar information in CRM systems, with a strong understanding of Salesforce and its applications.
* Experience reviewing and verifying customer information via email and ticketing systems, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling 30 tickets a day and checking requests in your inbox, organizing the tickets, and responding with a sense of urgency (1-2 hours a day spent on this task).
* Experience with GSuite (Docs, Sheets), Ticketing system Zendesk or similar ticketing, and Slack or other chats, with excellent communication and articulation skills.
* Experience creating reports and managing data in Salesforce, with a focus on data analysis and insights.
* Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for delivering a great customer experience, empathic and professional writing skills, and the ability to communicate effectively via email.
* Experience in data entry work and entering customer information with accuracy, with a focus on attention to detail and quality control.
* Experience working remotely while engaging with teams across the company, with a strong work ethic and self-directed approach.
* Process improvement mindset, with experience identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions to improve workflows and customer satisfaction.
* Ability to work in a role with repetitive tasks, receiving items all day, and a heads-down type of work, with a focus on productivity and efficiency.
* Bonus: Experience processing customer applications and verifying eligibility of the applications, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
* Bonus: Experience with the platform GitHub, with a focus on collaboration and open-source development.

**What We Offer:**
