**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Care Team Member, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to customers through multiple channels, including phone, chat, and email. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Answering incoming customer contacts in a professional and courteous manner
* Responding to customer inquiries through multiple channels, as needed
* Researching and troubleshooting problems, providing resolutions using available resources
* Providing customers with product and service information
* Identifying and escalating priority issues
* Following up with customers, when necessary
* Documenting customer contacts, as required
* Developing a thorough understanding of arenaflex policies, procedures, and safety rules
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* At least 6 months of experience in a customer service-related role
* Experience in an Omni Channel Contact Center environment is preferred
* Previous work-from-home experience is also preferred
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with individuals, both internally and externally
* Ability to maintain the customer's perspective as a driving force behind activities
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills
* Ability to effectively prioritize workload in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment while remaining detailed and organized
* Proficiency with relevant computer applications, including Google Chrome, Oracle Service Cloud, Order Management System, Workday, and Kronos
* Excellent keyboarding skills
* Self-motivated and able to work independently and within a team setting
* Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices
* Familiarity with arenaflex product lines is preferred
* Bilingual (Spanish and English speaking) is a plus
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
* Experience working in a retail or customer-facing environment
* Knowledge of sales and customer service principles
* Familiarity with arenaflex's product lines and services
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
**Home Office Requirements**
To ensure a productive and distraction-free work environment, you'll need:
* A broadband internet connection (Cable, DSL, or Fiber) with a minimum download speed of 5.0 MBPS (preferably 75+)
* At least 4 GB of available RAM
* Data usage of 1024 GB (1 Terabyte)
* A compatible headset, two monitors, keyboard, mouse, ethernet cord, and a computer system will be provided
* A work atmosphere free from noise, including but not limited to; televisions, audio equipment, pets, children, etc.
**Physical Requirements & Attendance**
To perform the duties of this role, you'll need:
* An acceptable level of hearing and vision
* Adherence to company work hours, policies, procedures, and rules governing professional staff behavior
* Availability to work weekends and all holidays except for Christmas Day
