Your primary goal will be to ensure the team exceeds performance targets while delivering exceptional customer service. If you're passionate about leading a high-performing team, driving results, and making a meaningful impact, we'd love to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Team Leadership**: Monitor the team's performance (approximately 15 associates), provide coaching, feedback, and mentorship to improve performance and achieve targets. * **Communication and Collaboration**: Conduct managerial routines such as team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and service procedures.
