You will handle inbound calls or place outbound calls to internal networks, ensuring that employees can continue their workday without disruption. Your primary responsibilities will include: ### Key Responsibilities * Assist employees in finding alternative child care solutions when their regular providers are unavailable. * Document phone conversations accurately and communicate effectively with team members. * Utilize Dynamics CRM for internal notes and communication. * Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that employees feel supported and valued. * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex child care issues. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in child care solutions. ### Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: * A high school diploma or equivalent. * Minimum 1-year experience in customer service, help-desk, and/or call center. * Proficiency in basic Microsoft Outlook and computer skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. ### Work Environment As a Customer Care Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will have the option to work on-site in our new Broomfield office or remotely after 30 days. Our office hours are Monday to Sunday, 9 hours a day, between 8am-6pm. If you choose to work remotely, you will have the flexibility to work any shift, including evenings, overnights, and weekends.
