**Job Responsibilities**
As a Customer Care Representative with arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to participate in a variety of focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews on topics that interest you. Some of the areas we're currently seeking participants for include:
* Child-related topics, such as parenting and childcare
* Cell phone usage and preferences
* Entertainment, including TV shows, movies, and video games
* Food preferences, including fast food, casual dining, and upscale dining
* Sports, including casual viewing and die-hard fandom
* Electronics, including devices and preferences
* Pets, including dogs, cats, and other animals
* Automobiles, including ownership, leasing, and usage
Your responsibilities will include:
* Arriving at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start time
* Participating in written and oral instructions
* Completing written surveys provided for each panel
* Using products and/or services, if provided, and being prepared to discuss them prior to the meeting date
**Qualifications**
To be considered for this opportunity, you'll need to meet the following qualifications:
* Have a smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on your desktop/laptop
* Have access to a reliable internet connection
* Be willing to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
* Be able to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
* Have no prior experience, but be able to work independently
