At arenaflex, the sky is the limit!** **Responsibilities** As a Customer Care Representative, your responsibilities will include: * **Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries** * **Providing excellent customer service through active listening** * **Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively** * **Aiming to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive** * **Appropriately communicating with customers, including providing video support when needed** **Qualifications** We're looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do.
