**Job Summary**

**Requirements**
* High-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
* Experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or retail environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
* Ability to multi-task and navigate through multiple computer systems, including our CRM and customer service software
