**About the Role**
As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you will be the eyes and ears for our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. You will work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from all walks of life, and no two days will be the same. **Responsibilities**
Your Responsibilities will include:
* Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries
* Providing excellent customer service through active listening
* Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively
* Aiming to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive
* Appropriately communicating with customers, including providing video support when needed
**Qualifications**
We're looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Logical problem-solving skills to handle complex customer issues
* Availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Ability to handle heavy incoming call volume and maintain a high level of productivity
* Ability to use Windows operating systems and other software applications
* Ability to type 25 wpm and maintain accurate records
* Over 18 years of age and a High School Graduate or GED
* Predictable and reliable attendance to ensure seamless customer service
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
* 6-12 months of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
* Consistent work history and a proven track record of reliability
* Proven oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers
* Some technical background to troubleshoot complex issues
**Work from Home Requirements**
To work from home, you will need to provide a personal device (desktop, laptop, or tablet) with:
* Windows 10 or later operating system
* Wired Ethernet LAN connection
* Internet Connection (Satellite, wireless, and dial-up ISP are not permitted)
* A minimum of 4GB RAM
* Internet Connection Requirements:
* Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 12.0 Mbps
* Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 3.0 Mbps
* ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
* Proof of internet speed required
* Clean and quiet workspace
