**Job Summary**
As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in supporting our donors by providing exceptional service through various channels, including website, live chat, texting, social media, email, and phone. Your primary responsibilities will include investigating and resolving donor inquiries, scheduling assistance, and building sustainable relationships with donors. **Key Responsibilities**
* Investigate, diagnose, and troubleshoot donor inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner
* Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives while adhering to response times and guidelines to ensure resolution follow-up
* Build sustainable relationships with donors and prospect donors through interactive communication, including website, chat, text, email, and phone
* Identify recurring system or application issues and escalate to the leadership team for resolution
* Resolve escalated issues related to donor portal, donor store, and website troubleshooting
* Assist with donor scheduling and ensure timely and accurate processing of requests
* Monitor customer feedback and make recommendations for process improvements
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with donors and colleagues
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
* Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software, email, and phone systems
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
