**Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, representing our brand to customers and business partners (e.g., contractors, realtors, etc.). You will acquire in-depth knowledge and understanding of our product coverage and adhere to departmental guidelines, policies, and procedures while maintaining a professional and businesslike relationship with both internal and external customers. Your primary goal will be to provide every customer with the best possible service experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Assist customers, contractors, and/or business partners via inbound and outbound telephone calls, written correspondence, and/or electronic communication according to all policies, procedures, and contract coverage
* Explain and uphold contract coverage to customers and/or contractors
* Follow up with customers, contractors, and/or business partners to ensure customer service issues are resolved
* Maintain current knowledge of all policies, procedures, programs, and complete required continuing education courses
* May assume other duties as assigned
**Qualifications:**
* **Minimum Education, Licensure, and Professional Certification requirements:** High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
* **Minimum Experience required:** 1+ years of experience preferred
* **Required Skills:**
+ Computer literacy
+ Problem-solving and decision-making
+ Attention to detail
+ Multi-tasking
+ Adaptability to a fast-paced environment
* **Preferred Skills:**
+ Customer service experience and/or training
+ Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
**Essential Functions:**
* Ability to be on video call as required during working hours
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
**Compensation and Benefits:**
* **Hourly Rate:** $15 to $17/hour, with actual base pay depending on skills, qualifications, responsibilities, experience, and location
