**Job Summary**
As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email. You'll have the opportunity to create raving fans for arenaflex every single day and help us continue to grow as a leading online retailer in the Lighting Industry.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
* Handle customer complaints and concerns in a fair and empathetic manner.
* Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex customer issues.
* Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets.
* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.
**Schedule:**
* 4-day weekend shift (Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday)
* 10-hour shifts (9:30am-8pm or 12:30pm-11pm Eastern time)
* Flexible scheduling to fit your needs
* Opportunities for overtime and additional shifts
**Compensation and Benefits:**
* Starting salary: $18.00/hour
* $1/hour increase after 60-day provisional period
* 2 weeks paid time off per year + 1 week sick time

**Requirements:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong product knowledge and industry trends
* Ability to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience in the Lighting Industry or a related field
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Experience with live chat and email support
* Certification in customer service or a related field
