**Job Summary**
As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email. You will be working in a 4-day weekend shift, with the following schedule:
* Saturday: 12:30pm-11pm Eastern time
* Sunday: 9am-7:30pm Eastern time
* Monday: 10 Hour Shift between 9:30am-8pm Eastern time
* Tuesday: 10 Hour Shift between 9:30am-8pm Eastern time
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to our customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email.
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Use problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues.
* Work independently to solve unique problems and think outside the box to come up with new ideas for the good of the whole company.
* Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales and customer satisfaction goals.
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment.
* Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment.
* Bachelor's degree in a related field.
* Certification in customer service or a related field.
