**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Care Representative to join our Customer Care department. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering phone calls, and resolving issues efficiently. **Key Responsibilities**
* Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues efficiently and effectively
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
* Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
**Requirements**
* **What We'll Love About You**
+ English and Spanish language proficiency (bilingual or multilingual a plus)
+ High School diploma or equivalent
+ Basic computer operation skills
+ Ability to type 35 wpm
+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
+ Ability to pay close attention to detail
+ Ability to quickly learn new processes and procedures
+ Full-time schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am-4:45pm MST
+ Part-time schedule open to discussion
