**Key Responsibilities**
As an Associate Customer Care Professional, you'll be responsible for:
* Building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds, accurately assessing their situations, and presenting complex solutions in a clear and concise manner
* Navigating multiple systems to gather relevant information and provide exceptional support
* Embracing a client-centric approach, focusing on quality and first-call resolution while minimizing processing time and after-call work
* Collaborating with tenured teammates, structured training, and regular meetings with your manager to ensure seamless support and continuous improvement
* Participating in monthly coaching sessions, thought-provoking career advancement programs, and stretch opportunities to drive professional growth and development
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent experience; post-secondary education is preferred
* Customer service, financial services, or insurance experience is a plus
* Ability to navigate complex customer interactions from support through to resolution
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a willingness to adapt to change
* Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
* Reliable internet connection (30 mbps download/10 mbps upload) and a professional workspace with a private, secure, distraction-free area
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in the financial services industry, particularly with annuities, health insurance, life insurance, mutual funds, and beneficiary claims
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
* Proficiency in navigating multiple systems and software applications
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
