**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Care Associate, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service through phone calls, emails, and chats, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Documenting delivery flow into our tracking system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
* Collaborating with regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience
* Troubleshooting, researching, and resolving issues as necessary, escalating to senior team members when required
* Participating in continuous improvement efforts to drive business growth and excellence
* Working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve processes

**What You'll Need**
To succeed as a Customer Care Associate, you'll require:
* The ability to multitask on a computer using multiple applications while on phone calls
* Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and data entry/typing skills (30 wpm, including 10-key)
* Ability to pass a pre-employment background and equipment check
* Reliable internet connection and a Windows PC with 8GB RAM
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a customer-centric approach
