**Job Summary**
As a Customer Care Associate, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless package delivery. You'll work closely with our regional facilities, customers, and delivery drivers to create an outstanding customer experience. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Document delivery flow of packages into our tracking system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
* Assist customers, consumers, and delivery drivers throughout the lifecycle of a package delivery, providing clear and concise information
* Partner with regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions
* Troubleshoot, research, resolve, or escalate issues as necessary, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed promptly and professionally
* Participate in continuous improvement efforts to help grow the business, identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes
**How You'll Be Rewarded:**
* Competitive hourly rate of $17-$18 per hour, plus a $50 monthly stipend

**What You'll Need:**
* Ability to multi-task on a computer using multiple applications while on a phone call, with strong organizational and time management skills
* Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to listen attentively to customer concerns and respond empathetically
* Attention to detail and data entry/typing skills, with a minimum of 30 words per minute (including 10-key)
* Successful completion of a pre-employment background and equipment check
* Reliable internet connection and a Windows PC with 8GB RAM
