As a Customer Care Associate with Arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of packages to our customers. Your daily responsibilities will include:
* Providing top-notch customer service via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Documenting delivery flow into our tracking system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
* Collaborating with regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience, from package pickup to delivery
* Troubleshooting, researching, and resolving issues as necessary, escalating concerns to senior team members when needed

* Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and data entry/typing skills (30 wpm, including 10-key)
* The ability to listen attentively to customer concerns, express empathy, and research problems for resolution
* Reliable internet connection and a Windows PC with 8GB RAM
* Successful completion of a pre-employment background and equipment check
