**Job Description**
As a Customer Care Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our players, handling a wide range of inquiries, complaints, and feedback. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing timely and effective support to customers through various communication channels, including email, phone, and live chat
* Utilizing dedicated web tools to identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring a seamless gaming experience
* Maintaining accurate records of each case in a specialized tool, ensuring efficient case management
* Escalating complex issues to relevant teams for further investigation and resolution
* Collaborating with Leads to identify and address recurring problems, preventing future cases
* Developing new templates for common issues, streamlining our support processes
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Fluency in English and Ukrainian, with upper-intermediate or advanced level of Spanish
* Previous experience in customer support, preferably in a gaming or tech-related industry
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a patient and responsible attitude
* Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on creative solutions
