You'll work closely with internal teams, including credit, planning, shipping, and management, to drive resolution on customer-impacting issues. Your advanced product knowledge and experience with in-depth processes and systems will enable you to handle complex customer inquiries and provide solutions within the customer care department guidelines. **Key Responsibilities** * Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and concerns * Build strong relationships with customers and deliver customer-centric solutions * Handle non-routine, technical, and complex customer questions with a high sense of ownership and urgency * Resolve customer issues with limited authority and offer solutions within the customer care department guidelines * Collaborate with internal teams to drive resolution on customer-impacting issues * Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the department to reduce customer effort * Participate in training initiatives and work with supervisors to create training tools and job aids * Serve as an escalation point for junior-level associates and provide guidance and support as needed * Handle complex customer inquiries with expanded product knowledge * Assist management with reports and provide daily updates to team members on tasks and progress **Essential Qualifications** * Minimum 2 years of experience in customer care or a relevant field * Graduation in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent field * Advanced product knowledge and experience with in-depth processes and systems * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with 80-20 overserve strategies and continuous improvement initiatives * Knowledge of customer care software and systems * Experience with training and development programs * Strong leadership and coaching skills * Ability to work in a global environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong leadership and coaching skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong product knowledge and experience with in-depth processes and systems * Ability to build strong relationships with customers and deliver customer-centric solutions * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a global environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
