**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Alarm Monitoring Agent, you will be responsible for:
* Responding to alarm signals from customers' alarm systems in a timely and efficient manner
* Dispatching emergency signals to police, fire, and medical agencies as needed
* Providing world-class customer service to customers in their time of need, ensuring that they receive the support and assistance they require
* Notifying customers of non-emergency signals and keeping them informed throughout the process
* Notifying account contacts of emergency signals after dispatch, ensuring that they are aware of the situation
* Receiving and processing inbound calls requesting information, providing accurate and timely responses
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all alarm signals and responses
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute
* Must be able to pass an FBI criminal background check to obtain a Burglar Alarm License in all 50 states
* One year of customer service experience preferred, but not required

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
* Bilingual Spanish/English speakers (additional $1.00 per hour)
