We are proud to offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for career growth and professional development. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Alarm Monitoring Agent with arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Responding to alarm signals from customers' alarm systems in a timely and efficient manner * Dispatching emergency signals to police, fire, and medical agencies as needed * Providing world-class customer service to customers in their time of need, including responding to non-emergency signals and notifying customers of emergency signals after dispatch * Notifying account contacts of emergency signals after dispatch * Receiving and processing inbound calls requesting information * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and alarm signals **Key Skills and Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A high school diploma or equivalent * The ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute * The ability to pass an FBI criminal background check to obtain a Burglar Alarm License in all 50 states * One year of customer service experience preferred, but not required * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions in emergency situations * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Nice-to-Haves** * Bilingual Spanish/English speakers (additional $1.00 per hour) * Experience in a high-stress environment **Benefits** As a valued member of the arenaflex team, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including: * 401(k) plan with company matching * Dental insurance * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Life insurance * On-the-job training * Paid time off * Parental leave * Referral program * Vision insurance **Career Growth Opportunities** arenaflex is committed to the growth and development of our employees.
