Whether you're a Powersports pro or just starting out, we'll provide you with the tools and training you need to succeed. **Key Responsibilities** * Advising and assisting customers by phone and email in resolving order processing issues, such as cancellations, modifications, shipping/billing inquiries, and post-order issues. * Performing with substantial autonomy, taking initiative, and independently assessing cases to the best of your abilities. * Navigating through multiple computer applications with speed and precision, with an attention to detail. * Learning the roles and parts of our different departments and utilizing that knowledge to best help our customers. **What We're Looking For** * Minimum of one year experience working in an e-commerce or customer service environment (if you feel you have the skills necessary, but have yet to begin your professional career, go ahead and submit your application!). * Bilingualism: English & French with excellent communication skills, including written and verbal proficiency. * Solid computer skills/experience, with excellent online research skills. * No Powersports knowledge is required – we'll provide the foundation of your moto-fu that you'll continue to build and share! * Strong drive for progression: we want you to succeed, and we'll provide you with access to online learning modules to help you grow professionally. * Must be locally based in Montreal, QC, and able to commute to our offices when required. **Benefits** * We're located within a 5-minute walk from Du College metro (orange line) and offer free parking on-site. * Health Insurance, including medical, dental, vision, and life. * Free unlimited healthy snacks and drinks. * Clean and newly built office environment with ergonomic workstations, and a work-from-home allocation for remote opportunities. * A team of energetic, respectful, and friendly coworkers. * A few more perks that we keep secret!
