**What We're Looking For**
We're seeking positive-minded individuals who radiate customer service and have a natural sense of hospitality. As a Customer Account Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* **Providing exceptional customer service**: Delivering personalized support to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
* **Resolving complex account inquiries**: Using your creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex account issues and provide solutions that meet customer needs.
* **Assisting with reservations and vacation details**: Ensuring accurate and timely processing of reservations and vacation details.
* **Exceeding customer expectations**: Anticipating customer needs and exceeding their expectations through proactive communication and support.
**Requirements**
* **Ability to work from home with focus space and limited distractions**: You'll need a dedicated workspace with reliable high-speed internet service.
* **Outstanding communication skills**: You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
* **Ability to navigate multiple systems**: You'll need to be comfortable using MS Office, Internet, and internal programs.
* **Bachelor's degree (preferred); high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent (required)**: You'll need a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and customer service.
**Work Schedule**
* **Evenings and Saturdays**: You'll need to be available to work evenings and Saturdays, with Sundays off.
* **Flexible scheduling**: You'll need to be flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work a variety of schedules as needed.
