Our mission is to make a difference in people's lives through better health and wellness. **Job Summary** As an experienced Compliance Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving the development and execution of compliance risk assessments, managing risk evaluations, and utilizing business intelligence tools like Business Objects, Cognos, Tableau, and Power BI for data analysis. This position requires expertise in data extraction, mining, and management, as well as a strong understanding of statistical concepts and SQL query skills. You will work closely with our Compliance Checking Examination Team to ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and standards across the organization. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and execute compliance risk assessments of business activities for assigned areas of responsibility * Lead the development of risk-based compliance monitoring work plans and procedures * Plan and execute compliance monitoring data analysis as directed by the Compliance Checking Examination Manager * Analyze and document monitoring results * Prepare reports of monitoring results and present findings to business leaders to inform potential compliance risk mitigation strategies * Prepare and design reports of monitoring activities, results, and related remedial action plans (CAPAs) * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of compliance monitoring programs **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, healthcare, data analytics) * At least 2 years of experience in compliance monitoring or auditing, or equivalent experience in a related field * Strong analytical skills, with experience creating metrics, analyzing data, and converting it into actionable insights * Experience working with data analytics tools and processes * At least 1 year of direct leadership, supervisory, or cross-functional team management experience **Preferred Qualifications** * At least 5 years of experience in compliance monitoring or auditing * Experience with regulatory compliance requirements related to retail pharmacy and healthcare provider industries * Experience working with sensitive or confidential data * Experience creating and presenting presentations to various audience levels within the organization * Proficiency in using business intelligence software for data analysis, such as Business Objects, Cognos, Tableau, or Power BI * Strong skills in data mining, data extraction, and data management, with a solid understanding of statistical concepts and AI * Advanced SQL query skills for large-scale data set management **What We Offer** * Competitive salary range: $70,000 - $80,000 per year * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage * 401(k) retirement plan with company match * Paid time off and holidays * Opportunities for professional growth and development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for compliance and risk management, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
