**Responsibilities**
As a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to commercial line policy holders. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional customer service to commercial line policy holders, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Processing policy updates and changes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Assisting with claims and billing inquiries, providing clear and concise information to policy holders.
* Providing proof of insurance, ID cards, and reviewing proposals to ensure seamless policy administration.

**Qualifications**
