As a Clinical Customer Success Manager, you'll play a vital role in maintaining a devoted customer base and driving the effective utilization of our products. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Clinical Customer Success Manager to join our team in the western United States. This role will focus on managing customer accounts in Australia and New Zealand, working closely with our current Radiation Oncology customer base. You'll be responsible for building and nurturing customer relationships, fostering a cohesive customer experience, and identifying and solving problems before they happen. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional results with a patient focus and have a strong track record of developing deep and strategic account relationships, we want to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage customer accounts mainly in Australia and New Zealand, both remotely and on-site, requiring a passport for international travel * Collaborate with customers to build and nurture relationships, foster a cohesive customer experience, and identify and solve problems before they happen * Develop a clinical and anatomical knowledge base and MIM product expertise in Radiation Oncology * Recognize and engage customer stakeholders at managed sites to drive the effective utilization of MIM Software products, compelling customers to implement new processes and identify opportunities for cross-selling * Work in a cross-functional capacity across the organization to communicate customer needs and ensure customer follow-up takes place in a timely manner * Capture customer feedback and interactions in our CRM * Report to direct management on current customer activities, such as software upgrades, training, proactive customer interventions, and service contract renewal * Provide software training, basic technical support, and new feature presentations to customers over the phone, online, and in person * Collect on and perform renewals of our customer's service and maintenance contracts * Participate in meetings outside of normal working hours to collaborate with colleagues in one of our global offices **Essential Qualifications** * 5+ years of customer success management or similar experience, preferably in a clinical setting * Bachelor's degree preferred * Highly competent in a multitude of IT capabilities to support business needs, including CRM * Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting connections * Time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask * Proven ability to navigate hospital institutions * Willingness to travel internationally up to 30% **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with Radiation Oncology customers and MIM Software products * Strong understanding of clinical and anatomical knowledge in Radiation Oncology * Familiarity with CRM software and ability to capture customer feedback and interactions * Experience providing software training, basic technical support, and new feature presentations to customers **Skills and Competencies** * Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting connections with customers and colleagues * Ability to navigate hospital institutions and understand departmental processes * Highly competent in a multitude of IT capabilities to support business needs, including CRM * Time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask * Proven ability to recognize and engage customer stakeholders to drive effective utilization of MIM Software products * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and solve problems before they happen **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development. As a Clinical Customer Success Manager, you'll be part of a dynamic and supportive team that values collaboration, innovation, and customer satisfaction. **Compensation and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $72,000.00-$108,000.00 Annual.
