**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Client Service Expert to join our Worldwide Arrangement Methodology and Projects (GDSP) and the AWS Private Estimating Projects and Encounters (3PX) group. As a Client Service Expert, you'll be responsible for analyzing client requests to identify recurring themes and pain points in the client experience, reporting out insights to internal partners, and driving consistent improvements. **Key Responsibilities**
* Learn and apply the basics of the arenaflex Private Evaluating System to become an informed authority for client service
* Examine client assistance information to identify themes and pain points in the client experience and patterns in the business
* Answer inquiries from internal and external clients in accordance with team SOPs, quality metrics, and SLAs
* Convey business insights to key partners to provide experiences and metrics
* Provide recommendations for short-term client solutions while contributing to long-term practical solutions at scale
* Contribute to improving efficiencies through automation, effective estimation, assessment, and communication for improved functional performance
**Essential Capabilities**
* 4+ years of direct client support experience, identifying and detailing patterns to drive quantifiable outcomes for an intricate sales/support organization
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
* Strong business acumen and adaptability, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity in a fast-paced environment
**Preferred Capabilities**
* Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and the arenaflex offering
* Ability to analyze data and identify trends and insights
* Experience working in a highly matrixed organization
