**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Claims Customer Service Advocate II, you'll be responsible for:
* Responding to routine correspondence and telephone inquiries pertaining to claims or appeals
* Identifying incorrectly processed claims and completing adjustments and related reprocessing actions
* Providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve complex claims and appeals
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and claims status
* Staying up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and best practices
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 2+ years of experience in claims customer service or a related field
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex claims and appeals
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience working in the insurance industry, with knowledge of claims processing and regulatory requirements
* Certification in claims customer service or a related field (e.g. CPCU, CIC)
* Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages
* Experience working with claims management software and systems
* Strong knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes
