**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Chat Support Associate, you'll be responsible for engaging with our veterinary professionals through live chats, phone calls, emails, internal discussion boards, and platform demos. Your primary goal will be to provide an exceptional day-to-day experience for every user leveraging our platform for their supply ordering needs. You'll work collaboratively with our support team to troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and help evolve our platform to meet the evolving needs of our community.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Engage with veterinary professionals through live chats, phone calls, emails, internal discussion boards, and platform demos to provide an exceptional user experience
* Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to ensure a positive and delightful experience for every user
* Collaborate with the support team to identify and address platform limitations and areas for improvement
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our platform and its features to provide accurate and helpful support
* Work cross-functionally with other teams to help evolve our platform and meet the evolving needs of our community
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
* Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles, FAQs, and other support resources to help users find answers to common questions
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1 year of relevant, customer-facing work experience
* 2-year Associate's Degree or 4-year College Degree
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience in chat support is preferred, but not required
* Patience and compassion when handling difficult situations
* Ability to adapt quickly and manage many concurrent responsibilities
* A strong desire to learn and help our customers succeed
* A positive attitude and one-for-all team mentality with excellent collaboration skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Tech/start-up work experience is a plus, but not required
* Knowledge of intercom and/or experience with other chat platforms is strongly preferred
* Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment
