With a relaxed, yet professional and fun work environment, we're the perfect place for positive and energetic individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, tech-savvy setting. **Responsibilities** As a Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about products and services, and narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments. * Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, and developing and maintaining a knowledge base of evolving products and services. * Utilizing your excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. * Working collaboratively with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals, while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. **Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus). * Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to change. * A strong ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. * A positive and professional demeanor, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. * The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a quick turnaround time for responses and issue resolution. **Requirements** To apply for this role, you'll need: * Your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse. * To live within the state of Texas. * A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions (this is a remote position). * The ability to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT. * The ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above being preferred. **Compensation and Benefits** As a Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you can expect: * A competitive hourly rate of $13 per hour. * Opportunities for career growth and professional development, with a focus on customer service and technology. * A relaxed, yet professional and fun work environment that encourages collaboration and innovation. * A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings options. **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for technology and a knack for multitasking, we want to hear from you!
