**Job Description:**
As a Chat Moderator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Moderating the chat of our official Discord server, ensuring that all users adhere to our community guidelines and rules
* Deleting messages that violate our community standards, including but not limited to:
+ Hate speech and harassment
+ Spam and self-promotion
+ Inflammatory or divisive content
* Banning users who repeatedly violate our community rules, after thorough investigation and review
* Muting users who have violated our community rules, to prevent further disruption
* Investigating reports made by users about potential rule violations, and taking necessary action to resolve the issue
* Collaborating with our team to develop and implement community guidelines and rules
* Providing excellent customer service and support to users, addressing their concerns and questions in a timely and professional manner
* Staying up-to-date with arenaflex's community policies and procedures, and adapting to changes as needed
**Pay and Benefits:**
* Hourly rate: $12.50
* Pay cycle: Weekly, starting from Monday and ending on Sunday
* Flexible remote work arrangement, allowing you to work from anywhere with a stable internet connection

**Qualifications:**
* Must be 18 years of age or older
* Must have a High School Diploma or GED
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations
* Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
* Familiarity with Discord and online community management tools, or willingness to learn
* Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately identify and address rule violations
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience as a moderator or administrator on online communities, forums, or social media platforms
* Familiarity with arenaflex's community policies and procedures
* Strong knowledge of online safety and security best practices
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
* Experience with customer service or support roles, with a focus on resolving conflicts and addressing user concerns
