**Job Summary**
As a Chat Moderator, you'll be responsible for ensuring our Discord server remains a safe and enjoyable space for all users. This part-time, remote position requires a flexible and self-motivated individual who can work independently to manage user reports, enforce community guidelines, and maintain a positive online environment. **Key Responsibilities**
* Moderate user interactions on our official Discord server, ensuring that all users adhere to our community guidelines and rules
* Delete messages that violate our community guidelines, including but not limited to:
+ Hate speech or discriminatory language
+ Spam or self-promotional content
+ Inflammatory or provocative comments
* Ban users who repeatedly violate our community guidelines, after thorough investigation and review
* Mute users who have violated our community guidelines, to prevent further disruptions
* Investigate user reports of rule violations, working closely with our team to resolve issues and maintain a positive online environment
* Collaborate with our team to develop and implement community guidelines and rules
* Provide excellent customer service to users, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's community guidelines and rules, ensuring that you're aware of any changes or updates
**Essential Qualifications**
* Must be 18 years of age or older
* Must have a High School Diploma or GED
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of flexibility and adaptability
* Familiarity with Discord and online community management tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments in a variety of situations
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in community management, moderation, or a related field
* Familiarity with arenaflex's community guidelines and rules, or a willingness to learn and adapt to our unique culture and values
* Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Discord and other online community management tools
