As an arenaflex Chat Brand Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* **Sharing Your Passion**: We're looking for someone who lives and breathes golf. Share your expertise and love for the game with customers, providing them with an exceptional shopping experience.
* **TaylorMade Golf Equipment**: Primarily use TaylorMade golf equipment to provide authentic and knowledgeable support to customers.
* **Professional Communication**: Communicate with customers at a professional level, ensuring that their queries are addressed promptly and efficiently.
* **TaylorMadeGolf Site Familiarity**: Familiarize yourself with the TaylorMadeGolf site, including any related media and searches.
* **Competitor Analysis**: Compare and analyze competitor products to provide customers with a comprehensive understanding of their options.
* **Fast-Paced Environment**: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple chats simultaneously with ease.
**Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **5+ Years Golf Experience**: A strong foundation in golf is essential, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
* **2+ Years Club Fitting Experience**: Previous experience in club fitting is highly desirable, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
* **In-Depth Knowledge**: Possess in-depth knowledge of current and past TaylorMade products, as well as similar products from other brands.
* **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to assist golfers at all levels (enthusiast to pro).
* **Typing Speed**: Type at least 35 wpm, with a strong ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
