**Key Responsibilities**
As a caregiver on our team, you'll be responsible for:
* Offering companionship and emotional support to our clients
* Assisting with daily living activities (ADLs) including housekeeping, errands, eating, walking, bathing, toileting, dressing, and more as needed
* Collaborating with the client's care team to provide updates and report any important health changes
* Ensuring that each client's care needs are met with compassion and professionalism

**Essential Qualifications**
* Previous experience in caregiving required
* 3rd shift availability is a plus
* CNA, PCA, or HHA license (current or previous license)
* Genuine desire to assist others and improve their quality of life
* Compassionate, patient, and understanding of the needs of seniors
* Monday - Friday 7am - 7pm availability
* Willingness to do on-call shifts to cover unexpected call-outs
* A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus
* Clean background check required
* Randolph and Montgomery Counties
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities
* Knowledge of caregiving best practices and industry standards
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records
