About the Role
As a Caregiver Lead Coordinator at careerzynith, you'll play a vital role in receiving and managing chat employment leads from AidQuest. Your primary responsibility will be to keep the job posting open with internal visibility, ensuring that it doesn't go live on job boards. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, as you'll be working closely with our team to coordinate caregiving services and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and manage chat employment leads from AidQuest
- Keep the job posting open with internal visibility, preventing it from going live on job boards
- Collaborate with the careerzynith team to coordinate caregiving services and support
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with caregivers and clients
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and caregivers
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in caregiving and support services
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing or caregiving role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Proficiency in using technology, including chat platforms and CRM systems
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
