**Job Responsibilities:**
As a Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to patients and clients through inbound calls, visits, and messages
* Handling high-volume client requests and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Performing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency, including entering patient and medication data into our systems
* Investigating and resolving missing data issues, deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes), and settling all data entry-related exceptions
* Settling on phone decisions to guarantors and others to acquire data, gain supersede endorsement, or settle the issue
* Providing support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely, and recognizing and conveying issues to senior-level staff as necessary
* Acquiring a dynamic specialist permit or accreditation within the initial 90 days and maintaining a functioning expert permit or certification
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Essential level computer skills, including:
+ Starting and closing a computer
+ Using a mouse to point and click
+ Starting and closing programs
+ Switching between programs
+ Saving records
+ Printing reports
+ Accessing data online
* Essential web search tools skills, including:
+ Opening a program
+ Composing in URLs in the right area
+ Using a web search tool
+ Bookmarking a webpage
+ Exploring using back/forward/stop buttons
+ Completing forms online
* Middle-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing reports)
* Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
* 18 years old or older
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment
* At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a certification/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacy or broadly recognized certification office
* Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including fulfilling quality standards for services and assessment of customer satisfaction
* Halfway to cutting-edge level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing reports)
* Familiarity with Spanish and English
