**Job Responsibilities:**
As a Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, including answering inbound calls, responding to messages, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
* Handling high-volume client requests, including data entry tasks, patient enrollment, and medication management.
* Utilizing arenaflex's solution information systems to gather and enter patient and medication data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
* Investigating missing data and deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes) to resolve data entry-related issues.
* Settling special cases and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
* Providing support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely, to ensure seamless customer service.
* Identifying and escalating issues to senior-level staff as necessary.
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Essential level computer skills, including:
+ Starting and closing the computer
+ Using the mouse to point and click
+ Starting and closing programs
+ Switching between programs
+ Saving files
+ Printing reports
+ Accessing data online
* Essential web search skills, including:
+ Opening a program
+ Writing in URLs in the address bar
+ Using a web search engine
+ Bookmarking a website
+ Navigating using back/forward/stop buttons
+ Completing online forms
* Middle-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing reports)
* Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
* 18 years or older
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* At least 1 year of experience as a pharmacist in a retail or call center environment
* At least 1.5 years of experience as a pharmacist with a license or enrollment by the state as granted by the State Board for Pharmacy or a widely recognized certification agency
* Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction
* Halfway to advanced-level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing reports)
* Familiarity with Spanish and English
