**Job Responsibilities:**
As a Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to patients and clients through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages
* Handling high-volume calls and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Performing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency, including entering patient and medication information into our system
* Investigating and resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner
* Collaborating with our pharmacy team to provide support and assistance as needed
* Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines at all times
* Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and data entry accuracy

**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required

* 18 years old or older
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* At least 1 year of experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or call center environment
* State certification or registration as a pharmacy technician
* Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards and assessing customer satisfaction
* Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills, including the ability to type at least 35 words per minute
* Familiarity with Spanish and English
