**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to our patients and clients. You will be responsible for performing data entry and patient enrollment tasks, handling high-volume customer calls, and resolving complex issues in a timely and professional manner. **Key Responsibilities**
* Perform data entry and patient enrollment tasks using arenaflex's solution information systems and rules processes
* Handle patient medicine demands within HIPAA guidelines and enter top-off orders for handling
* Investigate to obtain missing prescription data, and decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes)
* Resolve all data entry-related exceptions
* Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and resolve outbound decisions to prescribers and patients as necessary
* Resolve Outsider Oddballs by inspecting, gathering data, making adjustments, and resubmitting for handling as per individual arrangement requirements
* Make phone decisions to guarantors and others to acquire data, gain supersede endorsement, or otherwise resolve the Outsider Oddballs
* Provide support to Pharmacists, both those in the office and those in other areas
* Recognize and convey issues to senior-level staff as necessary
* Acquire a dynamic specialist permit or accreditation within the initial 90 days, and maintain a functioning expert permit or certification
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school certificate or GED
* Essential level computer skills (e.g., start and close down computer, use the mouse to point and click, start and close programs, switch between programs, save files, print reports, and access data online)
* Essential web search tools skills to include opening a program, composing in URLs in the right area, using a web search engine, bookmarking a webpage, exploring using back/forward/stop buttons, and completing forms online
* Middle-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing reports)
* Ability to communicate in writing and verbally
* 18 years old or older
**Preferred Qualifications**
* At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment
* At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a certification/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacy or widely recognized certification agency
* Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction
* Halfway to advanced-level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing reports)
* Familiarity with Spanish and English
