**Job Summary**
As a Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our patients and customers. You'll be responsible for handling high-volume customer calls, resolving issues, and entering data into our pharmacy systems. **Key Responsibilities**
* Handle high-volume customer calls, resolving issues and providing exceptional customer service
* Enter data into our pharmacy systems, including patient and medication information
* Investigate missing prescription data and decipher clinical truncations (SIG codes)
* Settle all data entry-related exceptions
* Handle correspondence with patients, including inbound calls, visits, and messages
* Settle outbound decisions to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case basis
* Resolve external outliers by surveying, gathering data, making recommendations, and resubmitting for processing as per individual arrangement requirements
* Settle phone decisions to healthcare providers and others to acquire data, gain supersede endorsement, or otherwise resolve the external outliers
* Provide support to pharmacists, both in-office and in other areas
* Identify and convey issues to senior-level staff as necessary
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Essential level computer skills, including:
+ Starting and closing a computer
+ Using a mouse to point and click
+ Starting and closing programs
+ Switching between programs
+ Saving files
+ Printing documents
+ Accessing data online
* Essential web browsing skills, including:
+ Opening a program
+ Composing URLs in the correct location
+ Using a web search engine
+ Bookmarking a website
+ Navigating using back/forward/stop buttons
+ Completing forms online
* Middle-of-the-road level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing files)
* Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
* 18 years old or older
**Preferred Qualifications**
* At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment
* At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly recognized certification agency
* Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services and assessment of customer satisfaction
* Middle-of-the-road to cutting-edge level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, organizing files)
* Familiarity with Spanish and English
