**What to Expect**
As a Call Center Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Conducting inbound and outbound calls for health and wellness incentive programs
* Summarizing calls accurately by taking detailed notes
* Addressing member questions and concerns, providing prompt resolutions
* Registering members for wellness programs and conducting health assessments
* Managing multiple software interfaces for various wellness programs
**What We Require**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* At least one year of customer service experience in a call center environment
* Performance-driven with the ability to meet benchmark goals
* Comfortable with a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
* Ability to type at least 65 WPM
* Bilingual in English/Spanish is required

* Experience using software programs such as Five9 and MS Teams
* Proven ability to remain professional and composed during calls
* Excellent attendance record and punctuality
