As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, resolving customer inquiries and issues, and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service. This is a 100% remote opportunity, and you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere in CA, TX, or AZ. **Key Responsibilities** As a Call Center / Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Responding to customer inquiries received by telephone, Interactive Voice Response (IVR), or web-based portal regarding information on programs and services * Recording customer interactions and transactions, by documenting details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken * Following standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy * Addressing customer's inquiries and resolving problems to ensure that appropriate changes are made * Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation * Communicating with supervisor regarding any potential needs or concerns * Performing data entry accurately * Performing other duties as assigned by management **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma or GED * An associate degree is preferred * Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of all information * Ability to comply with current and updated policies and procedures * Ability to interact courteously and effectively with a diverse population; cultural competency * Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills * Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment * Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously * Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently * Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products * Ability to remain in a stationary position for an extended period of time **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: * 1 year of experience in phone etiquette (inbound/outbound calling) * 1 year of experience in customer service * Experience working in a call center environment * Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software * Experience with data entry and record-keeping **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficient in Microsoft Office products * Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of all information **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
