**Job Responsibilities**
As an experienced Business Analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement through effective analysis, planning, and execution. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Eliciting and documenting business requirements from stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and expectations are exceeded
* Attending requirements workshops to communicate and discuss documented business requirements, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed
* Documenting requirements in the form of well-formed, traceable, and testable user stories with defined acceptance criteria
* Creating test plans and test cases to ensure that all requirements are thoroughly tested and validated
* Organizing and maintaining the team backlog to ensure that all tasks and projects are prioritized and executed efficiently

**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
* No prior programming knowledge is required for this role
* A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders and team members
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
* Previous experience in sales or customer service, with a strong understanding of business operations and processes
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and team members
* Experience with business analysis tools and techniques, including user story mapping and acceptance criteria development
