With a guaranteed minimum of 45 minutes for each hour if available for the full 60 minutes, you'll be able to maximize your earnings potential. **Schedule** Our flexible schedule allows you to create your own schedule, with available hours between 8 am and 8 pm CST, Monday to Friday. Whether you're a morning person or a night owl, we've got you covered. **Skills Needed** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * **Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or Comparable Accounting Software**: You'll be working with clients who use QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software, so it's essential that you're familiar with these systems. * **Bookkeeping/Accounting Expertise**: You'll need to have a solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles, including AR, AP, journal entries, reconciliation, and more. * **Customer Service Experience**: You'll be providing customer support via phone, so it's essential that you have excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor. * **Tech Savvy**: You'll need to be comfortable using technology and have a strong understanding of computer systems and software. * **Cross-Selling Skills**: You'll have the opportunity to cross-sell relevant products to clients, so it's essential that you're comfortable with this aspect of the role. **Work Environment Requirements** To ensure that you're able to provide the best possible support to our clients, we require: * **Quiet, Uninterrupted Space**: You'll need a quiet, uninterrupted space to work from, free from distractions and interruptions. * **Organized Desk Area**: You'll need to have an organized desk area, with all necessary equipment and resources within easy reach. **Technology Requirements** To ensure that you're able to perform your duties effectively, we require: * **Personal Computer**: You'll need a personal computer (no tablet) with a wired internet connection (no wi-fi or mobile internet). * **Broadband Internet Connection**: You'll need a broadband internet connection with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps. * **Wired USB Headset**: You'll need a wired USB headset with microphone to ensure clear communication with clients. * **Valid Antivirus Software**: You'll need to have valid antivirus software installed, running, and up to date to protect your computer and our systems. **Important Information** To be eligible for this role, you must: * **Live and Work in the United States**: Except for California, New York, Pennsylvania, and Washington, where we are currently unable to work with contractors. * **Pass a Criminal Background Check**: You'll need to successfully pass a criminal background check to ensure that you're eligible to work with our clients. * **Be an Independent Contractor**: As a contractor, you'll be responsible for your own taxes and benefits. You'll be required to sign a contract that outlines the terms of your employment and your responsibilities as an independent contractor. **Job Type** This is a contract role, with a flexible schedule and the opportunity to earn up to $20.40 per hour. **Pay** The pay for this role is $15.30 - $20.40 per hour, depending on your experience and qualifications. **Schedule** The schedule for this role is Monday to Friday, with available hours between 8 am and 8 pm CST. **Work Location** This is a remote opportunity, with the flexibility to work from home.
