**Key Responsibilities**
As a Billing Customer Support Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
* **Handling Customer Inquiries**: Receive telephone calls from current policyholders regarding billing information or internet use, and provide clear, accurate information to resolve their concerns.
* **Providing General Billing Information**: Deliver general billing information to customers, ensuring that they have a thorough understanding of their policy details.
* **Processing Endorsements and Payments**: Process endorsements and take payments from policyholders, ensuring that all transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
* **Managing Payment Plan Changes**: Manage payment plan changes as requested by customers, providing a seamless experience for our policyholders.
* **Participating in Up-skilling Programs**: Participate in an up-skilling program to complete arenaflex Service Training and licensing over time, enhancing your skills and knowledge in customer service.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **Experience in Customer Service**: A minimum of 6 months of experience providing outstanding customer service, with a proven track record of resolving customer complaints and concerns.
* **Effective Communication Skills**: Excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on listening and empathy, to effectively understand and address customer needs.
* **Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment**: The ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment, with a strong focus on multitasking and prioritizing tasks.
