Our commitment to employee development and career growth opportunities means that you can take your skills and experience to new heights. **Work from Home Requirements** As a Work at Home representative, you will require: * A minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeding 15.0 Mbps * A minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeding 5.0 Mbps * An ISP with no packet loss and ping under 50ms * Internet connections that are not Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN * Proof of internet speed required * A clean and quiet workspace **Responsibilities** As a Bilingual (Spanish) Healthcare Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include: * Fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns * Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns * Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues * Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate * Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments * Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes * Providing feedback on call issues * Meeting sales objectives as defined **Qualifications** We're looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do.
