**What You Bring to the Role**
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 6 months or more of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
- Integrity and a strong sense of empathy, with a commitment to maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in computer skills and internet literacy
- A reliable computer, high-speed internet (> 15 mbps), and a smartphone or tablet for daily log-in
- A USB wired headset (recommended) or a compatible headset for clear and effective communication
